Blossom House

Blossom House is a modern purpose built residential and supported living home with seven bedrooms, including one double, which caters for young adults with learning difficulties, special needs and physical disabilities. Residents at the provision are supported and encouraged to make personal choices which affect their lives and are included in all group activities such as trips out and holidays away.

Blossom House believes in treating each young individual with dignity and respect, and offers a warm, safe, relaxing and stimulating environment, in which they are supported towards being healthy, staying safe, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution and achieving economic well-being.

Blossom House provides an environment that is suitably adapted to meet each young adult individual personal needs and also encourages all young adults to experience a feeling of independence whilst receiving advice when required and support throughout.
