Eliot House is a privately owned care home situated in Morton, just outside the market town of Gainsborough. Nursing and residential care are provided for up to 29 people. The home was not purpose built but has been extended and adapted to meet the needs and expectations of the residents. May 29 2013 The staff are not adequatley trained, they are understaffed,there is no complaints proceedure, the basics of care are not met, people are left neglected. Housekeeping is poor, the beds are not changed or made often, they never take residents out anywhere. Do not use this care home.
