Springfield House

Springfield House is located in Philadelphia, a quiet residential area of Houghton-le-Spring in Sunderland. Providing a safe, secure, dementia friendly and holistic caring environment to older people and in the Houghton-le-Spring area.

The home features hydro-spa baths, interactive multi-sensory equipment and facilities. Residents also have access to a therapeutic garden with large patio area and water feature, in addition to a secure raised decking area overlooking the local Philadelphia Cricket Ground.

Care is individually tailored to each residents personal needs, working closely with residents and families to ensure that all needs are quickly met. A comprehensive leisure and social activity program is provided.

Residents at Springfield House are encouraged to be involved with the daily running of the home and are invited to attend regular meetings with their family and friends.
