Eastry Villas

Eastry Villas provide a high quality residential service for adults with a learning disability and complex needs and who may be on the autistic spectrum.

Eastry Villas is situated in the small village of Eastry, approximately 3 miles from Sandwich. The Villas comprise 3 properties; a purpose built house with 9 bedrooms; 6 upstairs and 3 on the ground floor, Forge Flats with 2 one-bedroom flats and a detached bungalow accommodating one person with access if an individual has a physical disability.

Our service philosophy is based on Valuing People principles, including maximising people ability to make choices, respecting your basic human rights, fostering inclusion in wider society, and encouraging people to gain the maximum level of independence they are able to.

Our focus is on supporting people through individualised person-centred support plans, helping them to make choices and promoting their independence.
