Aug 28 2013 Price quoted extortionate - "due to complexity of needs". Care given did not justify this at all. Food largely carbohydrate / junk. Activities practically zero. Commitments made not kept - they said they would take the young man to therapy - but weren't able to due to "staff shortage", and didn't consider it necessary to let us or the therapist know. He came home wet and soiled, despite a full assessment making it clear that all personal hygiene etc. needed supervising. Fish and chips 5 times in 9 days is ridiculous. Hugely unimpressed.
