May 1 2014 My mother - in - law is a resident. Being a small home (15 beds) the carers really know their residents and the care is tailored to the individual. The decoration of the Home makes it feel just like your own home and no like an institution. The food is excellent - varied, good old fashioned food that encourages the elderly to eat. There are plenty of activities but if like my mother in law you'd rather sit quietly and watch the birds in the lovely rear garden and chat with the staff and gardener then the carers respect that. As my mother in law sadly deteriorates and she becomes at times difficult to deal with the Home has adapted and has never talked about moving her as she becomes more onerous. She has great care and we her family have peace of mind - thank you Waters View.
