Jul 3 2017 The Management of Croft meadow is Very Poor, Security of clothing and rooms is poor. Hygiene of fingernails is poor and unnecessary painting of nails to hide excrement under fingernails is disgusting falls seem to occur as a result of poor staffing levels, lack of supervision and time spent with childish games at the expense of cardio vascular exercise. Too much money spent on agency staff at the expense of regular staff. My mother has had almost all her clothes lost and provided with second hand tat. Having complained to management to no avail I can not recommend this home. Falls occur and do not appear to be reported.
