Sep 25 2018 Without exception, all staff involved in running Veterans and caring for my mother were friendly, helpful and caring at all times towards my mother and ourselves and all her her other visitors. It was extremely easy to communicate with Veterans and they were always able and open to listening to us and responsive. Long term, regular staffing meant we became familiar with them and they really got to know our mother. We felt they provided an exceptional service.

He is nearly 98 and only been in respite twice. Last year in this home was one of them, I would not go away before this but it was recommended to us.
