Jan 22 2015 Beechcroft is a welcoming home with dedicated and friendly staff, but it's seriously understaffed and that's compromising care. My grandfather spent 2 months here and was very unhappy with the level of care provided. He made friend amongst the staff and liked them a lot but they were so rushed that when he needed help it could be as much as half an hour before anyone would respond.
