Nov 25 2022 We recently had to make the sad decision to put my nan into a nursing home due to her declining dementia. We as a family went and looked at many different nursing homes. This was the best nursing home we fount. The staff and manager was sooo friendly towards us and residents. My nan often refuses care and the staff do everything they can to help persuade her. They are always engaging with us with how best to help her the most. They care like the residents are family. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. The residents are always dressed appropriately and clothes are clean. I have had dealings with quite a few homes and I wish I would have fount this home sooner. I couldn't thank all the staff enough. They have made the hard decision easy and stress free.

Jan 4 2018 I visited my relative in November and was shocked by the their appearance given that I had not seen them for a few months. The staff were inattentive, residents were left for long periods of time asking for the toilets. Their was a total lack of individual personl care, mealtimes were chaotic without any staff to assist residents to eat and drink. There was a total lack of activity and absence of any mental stimulation for the residents. My relative had deteriorated beyond recognition in the few short months between my visits. Staff lacked contemporary knowledge of the residents they were supposed to be caring for. A total lack of care, professionalism, and therapeutic intervention.
