Wood Hill House

Wood Hill House is a short stay rehabilitation and intermediate care and nursing for adults aged 18 . Services are provided in partnership with the local NHS trust. The home is located in the Grimesthorpe area of Sheffield, a short distance from the city centre.

Places are available for full time rehabilitation, ad hoc hydrotherapy, daycare, or respite.

The facility overlooks the Don Valley and affords spectacular daytime and night time views. The centre offers a modern, high-quality environment that is fit for the demands and expectations of the 21st century.

Wood Hill House has been built with our service users needs in mind, particularly the living spaces. The unique appearance and stylish accommodation, our professionally qualified staff and our high quality facilities all create a standard of care for adults that is dignified, empowering and person-centred.

Each floor has a range of facilities including:

• Seasonal menus that reflect individuals requests and choices;
