    one of my relatives was sent here for long term rehab and we realised very quickly that it was in our opinion a bad place other families shared the same view as myself my family member was not kept clean teeth were not brushed on a regular basis and most of the time patients were just left in their rooms all day and when we complained about things we were lied to and sent to coventry we did inform the quality care commission about our experience. Luckily we were able to get my relative out of there sooner rather than later but other patients are not so lucky
