Sep 18 2022 The hub is run on a very cheap budget by Liverpool council. Some of the staff are good at their job but the majority are lacking in training. The staff have favorite patients who get lots of attention to the detriment of the rest. The food is substandard similar to food your grandmother would serve. The hub is poorly lacking in medically trained staff and the facilities are inadequate.

Nov 26 2021 We as a family can’t thank everyone at the Hub for taking care of mum while she was in there.The staff are all very good at their jobs, and nothing was to much trouble for them, mum enjoyed her stay there and was extremely well looked after
